DL8500CTP报0245错误
 

DL8500ctp最近每次出完版都报0245错误，求大神指教。多谢多谢！

200-299 移动小车 检测出设备中的移动小车架的错误

200-299号报错代码都是小车车架的问题，清洁轨道、滚珠、光栅(金色那个)。
光栅不能用酒精！！！光栅不能用酒精！！！光栅不能用酒精！！！光栅不能用酒精！！！

此外：245 非重大错误 重新启动机器，检查RIP或者版材。重试之后如果错误仍然存在，呼叫服务中心。

plate centring problem

现在还在用这款机器的厂家要么是土豪厂，要么是两报一刊定点印刷厂。

紫激光光敏机，机器本身没什么毛病，但问题是版材贵啊，而且冲版需要预加热，冲机出故障的机率不小。现在大部分人家把这款机器卖掉了。

yes you are right but trendsetter ou suprasetter laser more expensive at end of life compared to violet box , some newpaper continue using violet for speed P/h , preheat is not problem exept extra energy cost , this machine is simple and easy to fix and have lower down time then thermal , price of laser and clamps more expensiv then complit violet ctp

用这款机器的，对冲机都恨得要死。因为加热瓦在5年之后就会频繁的坏掉，换起来非常麻烦。

this is related processor problem not CTP so u can change infrared element

感觉您对这款机器很熟悉，请教一个问题：如果棱镜边缘有斑驳的损伤，一定会影响出版质量吗？除了换件还有什么修复的办法？谢谢

can i have a photo ou spinner miror to judge ? , this machie is mono beam so less affected then dual beam , if mirror damaged the spinner must be changed ou of if u know wher you can repair the mirror surface there is chance :big_smile:

this mirror in not good but is usable and just adjust laser power , the mono beam machine use the central part of mirror so u can continue use it , :big_smile::big_smile::big_smile::big_smile::big_smile::big_smile::big_smile:
