关于海德堡洗车
 

本人长期从事海德堡机型 发现一般设备自身的洗车装置都不用 这是什么原因呢

成本高~~~中国多的就是人力！

公司用不用是关键，我们这是快印，天天用啊，2个人开台对开省很多事！！

This is an example that the management did not know what is the actual cost of the production.
They only consider that the cost of the "non woven cloth" to clean one times will be how much and compare with their traditional way - using wasted clothes cost.
They never consider, the actual benefit of using the system.
People always think labour cost is low in China, however, the labour cost in China is keep on increasing. It compare with some other countries, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, etc. The cost is comparatively high now.
For a four color press, the auto-wash would takes around 2 minutes for 5 times washing. This will ensure deep clean of blanket provide that after wash the blanket is completely dry and no residue. Manual washing may be as fast as auto-wash, but anyone can ensure that everytime the washing result is the same. The waste garment having dust, dirt, residue, etc. If this leave on the blanket, what happen will be in printing. At the end, need to stop the press and clean again. How much paper, ink, time will be wasted!

估计也是成本高的问题，不知道港资厂会不会用它。

我这里是手动的，没有用过机器自动洗车那种．不知机器洗的那种干不干净呢

自动洗车还是一样干净的。。。不过洗橡皮就不怎么样了。。成本也高。洗后炮一般般。。。

我所知道的原因为：1.纸张较差，自动清洗不彻底2.洗车水性能较差，溶解能力不足，属低档类。3.清洗装置调节不当4.操作人员操作习惯不正确。如：上大师所讲他们从开始就使用，没有问题。应正确理解什么是现代印刷机。同时建议不得使用低档洗车水，必须使用经forgra认证的产品。否则对滚筒、胶辊有较大损坏。出问题就来不及了。我们使用低档洗车水和低档润版液，将全部的胶辊从新更换。德国博星胶辊很贵的

我开的CD74六色加连线过油就用全自动清诜装置.除了墨挡片.墨刀手洗外.胶布,后炮都自动洗.洗完全部五六分钟.成本较贵.但效率高.

一卷洗胶布.后炮纸卷原庄要1百八十元.国产要六十八元.一天两个班一天六色机要用六个.费用太贵.只有外资厂用得多

自动清洗最大的一个还是来自成本，好的洗车水能保证清洗干净彻底的同时还保证了安全，对于自动洗车，要求洗车水闪点最少60度，闪点低挥发快，不容易清洗干净，且存在不安全隐患；
