DC8000报8-157卡纸的问题
打印80G双胶纸双面时,卡在5A与6A之间,报8-157,纸张中间卷在一起,几乎每张都卡;但打印70G双胶纸却不卡,打印128铜板纸又卡在同样位置,打印157铜板又不卡。
不知道是什么原因造成的。:gloatingly_smile: |

这些都做过了,如果传感器有问题,那打所有类型的纸张都会卡纸啊

楼主是320的大纸才卡吗?试过小纸没有,如果只是320大纸张卡的话问题就好解决

就是小纸卡啊,A3的卡,不知道什么原因了

进操作界面,5个1--tools patch--machine defaulst2--decurler E Table
进去后把里面所有的值都改成50%试试 |

Description The H-Transport Path Sensor 8 did not detect paper within the specified time. Initial Action Refer to BSD 8.11 for the following procedure. Check for any obstructions in the paper path. Procedure Enter DC330 008-219 H-Tra Path Snr 8. Select Start. The display is H. Yes No Unanswered Go to Flag 10 and Flag 13 on BSD 8.11 and check the harness and connectors for a short circuit to ground. If they are good, replace the H-Transport Path Sensor 8 ( PL 11.7). Block the H-Transport Path Sensor 8 with a sheet of paper. The display is L. Yes No Unanswered +5 VDC is measured between J481-12 on the Hiper Regi PWB and GND. Yes No Unanswered +5 VDC is measured between J483-B8 on the Hiper Regi PWB and GND. Yes No Unanswered +5 VDC is measured between J437-B9 on the IOT PWB and GND. Yes No Unanswered Perform the following: Go to Flag 10 on BSD 8.11 and check the harness and connectors for an open circuit. Replace the IOT PWB ( PL 13.3). Go to Flag 13 on BSD 8.11 and check the harness and connectors for an open circuit between J437-B9 on the IOT PWB and J483-B8 on the Hiper Regi PWB. Replace the Hiper Regi PWB ( PL 13.3). Select Start. Less than +1 VDC is measured between J481-12 on the Hiper Regi PWB and GND. Yes No Unanswered Replace the H-Transport Path Sensor 8 ( PL 11.7). If that does not correct the problem, replace the IOT PWB ( PL 13.3). Select Stop. Go to the LVPS 2 +5 VDC Wirenet Figure 10. +5 VDC is measured between J488-1 on the Hiper Regi PWB and GND. Yes No Unanswered Go to Flag 14 on BSD 8.11 and check the harness and connectors for an open circuit. Check Fuse (F1) on Distribution 1 PWB ( PL 13.3). Go to LVPS 2 +5 VDC Wirenet Figure 10 and check the harness and connectors between J227-1 on the H-Transport Path Sensor 8 and J46-B3 on the Distribution 1 PWB for an open circuit. Go to LVPS 3 +5 RTN Wirenet Figure 20 and check the harness and connectors between J227-3 on the H-Transport Path Sensor 8 and J021B-5 on the LVPS 3 for an open circuit. Go to the LVPS 2 +5 VDC RAP. Perform the following: Clean the H-Transport Path Sensor 8 in accordance with Section 1 of the Service Call Procedures. Go to Flag 10 and Flag 13 on BSD 8.11 and check the harness and connectors for an open circuit. If they are good, replace the H-Transport Path Sensor 8 ( PL 11.7). Replace the IOT PWB ( PL 13.3). Replace the Hiper Regi PWB ( PL 13.3). Enter DC330 008-060 H-Tra Motor 2. Select Start and Stop several times. The H-Transport Motor 2 operates. Yes No Unanswered Go to the H-Transport Motor 2 Fault RAP. The H-Transport Path Sensor 8 operates correctly. Check the H-Transport drive mechanism for a mechanical malfunction that would cause a fault. |

维修手册上面的 我也看过,但不是单纯的报卡纸,有的纸卡有的纸不卡,我想就不能用这个维修规程来解决这个问题。
