求助施乐5065出纸口卡纸，报代码077-109
 

我的施乐5065经常在出纸口卡纸，报代码077-109，都烦透了，菜鸟求助大师，应该怎么办，谢谢。

可能是翻转那个爪子没调好或者是有胶等异物挡住了纸

077-109 IOT Exit Sensor On Jam Straight

The IOT Exit Sensor does not turn ON within the specified time during paper transport in the IOT Exit unit. (Straight output)

Initial-action
Check the size of the paper in the tray.

Turn the power OFF then ON.

Remove the foreign substances on the paper transport path.

Procedure
Check the Transport Roll for wear, deterioration and paper dust.

Is the Transport Roll in proper condition without wear, deterioration or paper dust?
Yes No

Replace the worn or deteriorated Transport Roll.

Check for foreign substances, distortion and paper dust in the paper transport path.

Is the paper transport path in proper condition without foreign substances, distortion or paper dust?
Yes No

Remove the foreign substances and paper dust. Correct the distortion.

Execute DC330 [077-107 IOT Exit Sensor]. Move the actuator of the IOT Exit Sensor (PL 10.4) with paper.

Does the display change?
Yes No

Go to GP-034 IOT Exit Sensor Check Out FIP.

Execute DC330 [077-011 Invert Gate In].

Is there any operation noise from the Invert Gate Solenoid (PL 10.5)?
Yes No

Go to GP-032 Invert Gate Solenoid Check Out FIP.

Replace the MCU PWB (PL 11.1).

不好意思，翻转爪子是哪个，外侧门纸路打开看过了没胶。卡的纸可以看到有一个口子。
