柔印有没有标准ICC文件
 

如题，请问题柔印有没有标准ICC文件？类似于胶印的ISO coated V2 ECI这种的

这个柔印油墨每家都不一样，做出一千变万化的。

If I understand you correctly (I have problems with Chinese), you want to generate a profile for flexography based on the profile for offset printing.
If so, then this color profile will be too unlike the actual print. Too different offset printing and flexographic printing.

大概是你说的意思，在不上印刷机印刷样张的情况下，怎么样生成一个柔印ICC比较好？用PS生成ICC测试过，好像软打样效果与样张相差较大

From photoshop soft proof will be too approximate. Of course, you can set dot gain more (20-30) percent for example. You can also put a correction layer on top of the image, which with the help of "curves" will cut all gradations below 2%. But still it will all be too approximate.

你重新生产的那个叫你自己厂里的标准 ，不是ISO标准。ISO规定了油墨的色值和密度及网点扩大。你想一下现在能用标准水墨的厂家能用几家。反正是我没有见谁家的水墨达标的。机长印着印着看颜色跟不上了，就往里加一瓢水进去 :gloatingly_smile::gloatingly_smile:

标准肯定是有的，而且柔印的稳定性比胶印更好控制。但是不是能适用在客户的产品上那是另一说法，不能做什么产品都能去按ISO的标准印制。
不同网纹辊的下墨量控制了整个幅面的实地，又要达到ISO标准又要满足色差要求还是需要很丰富的色彩管理经验和分色能力才能做到的。
直接印刷与间接印刷的区别也让柔印的色彩更饱和网点扩张更稳定这也是柔印在色彩管理上的优势。
UV油墨是能完全稳定的做到色彩管理，至于水墨还是算了吧。
但柔印工厂如果长期有大量撞色印刷的产品还是很有必要做管理管理标准的。不同的网纹辊线数下墨量做出的线性文件于在数码打稿模拟上对色彩预判与工艺选择有着很大的帮助。

我还是建议厂家调整机器状态 实测吧，这样跟也好跟，大家没那么辛苦
