最近想开个图文快印店，从哪方面业务入手比较好，会的挺多
 

干过四年设计，会的挺多：
1.一般的图文快印
2.广告设计
3.电商美工，网站设计
4.栏目包装，短视频剪辑特效
从哪方面业务入手比较好呢，资金预算10-15万

10-15W这个预算不多，你可以全包啊对吧 先搞门面 完了买几台电脑，做下招牌就开工了啊
设备呢先暂时不考虑啊

租个10平米的店面，买两台喷墨，一台小黑白，两台电脑，就可以开工了，上门生意打打简历复印身份证什么的，其他的外加工，慢慢来

起码四十万左右吧，要搞几台好设备，惠普机，切纸机，装钉，后工等等，还要招几个人才行，最重要的是找业务，推广，如果不是很有经验的人，一个人难搞的起来。
