Job discripition
1, Standardize work procedures.
2, Ensure that production quality standards are respected.
3, Reduce the frequency and severity of work related accidents. Promote the use of safety conduct amongst employees.
4, Minimize loss, waste and scrap.
5, Evaluate available resources. Do the necessary follow up on work in progress to evaluate production efficiency.
6, Improve employee performance.
7, Manage in accordance to internal regulations and policies.
8，in charge of annual budget of production and planning and implementing order.
Requirements
1, Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering, mechanical electrical, electronics &automatic control or other relative subjects
2, 30-45 years old,8+ years working experience in contianous manufacturing assembling process. Experience in paper, card board, plastic film, metal treatment, steel is plus.
3, Production managing and some related training experience, familiar with regulations and standard in production field.
4, Strong verbal and written communication skills in English .
5, Able to work under high pressure.
