Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Plant Manager:

- Manage the Cutting, Packaging, and Shipping operations with a team of around 40 people into shifts
- 管理大约40人的轮班制团队进行裁切，包装和托运等业务运营。
- Following Logistics Department requirements, execute cutting, packaging and shipping orders with due quality and timing
- 按照物流计划部门要求， 按规定质量和时间执行裁切，包装和托运订单
- Manage ERP system to guarantee the proper workflow planned by the Logistics Department
- 管理ERP系统确保由物流部门计划的正确的工作流程
- Report daily to the Plant Manager the KPI (key performance indicators) : daily output, quality assurance, equipment % work time and stops
- 每日向厂长汇报(关键绩效指标)：日产量，质量控制，设备运转及停滞百分比
- Assure the first maintenance level of the finishing equipment (Aluminium cutting machines, drilling machines, hydraulic tables and packing equipment)
- 确保后整理设备处于较高维护水平(铝板裁切机，钻机， 液压表和包装设备)
- Assure clean, safe, organized working conditions in the Finishing areas.
- 在后处理操作区域内， 确保清洁，安全，有序的工作条件。
- Requirements:
要求：
- Over 10 years in similar position.
- 类似岗位10年以上工作经验。

- Good English Knowledge.
- 较好的英语使用能力。

- Experience in ERP systems
- ERP系统使用经验

- Experience in metals, paper or plastics process industry
- 具有金属，造纸或塑料加工企业工作经验
