Duties and responsibilities 工作职责
1. Coordinate and follow the daily work plan for maintenance operators.与设备部员工合作并跟进部门员工日常工作计划。
2. Implement the use of the CMMS software for maintenance operators. 跟进设备部员工CMMS 软件的使用
3. Cooperate with Maintenance manager in the equipment failure analysis.协助设备经理，对设备故障进行分析。
4. Develop small projects or improvements using CAD software.用CAD软件开发小项目或进行改良
5. In coordination with Maintenance manager implement the preventive maintenance plan.协助设备部经理实施定期检修计划
6. Participate in the process engineering plan development.参与工艺改良计划
7. Follow the commissioning of new equipment or facilities to ensure the aim achievement. 跟进新机器设备的试运行已确保目标完成。
8. Analyze the daily failure data and make a monthly report.分析日常故障数据，做月度报告。
9. Responsible for maintenance warehouse and main spare parts safety stock. 负责维修仓库及主要配件的安全库存。
10. Implement the quality check of spare parts incoming to ensure the use.执行入库配件质量检查以确保使用。
11. Reinforce communication with line operators, line shift supervisor and Production manager to understand the main problems or failure of the process.加强与生产线员工，生产主管级生产经理的沟通，已了解生产过程中主要问题及故障。
12. In coordination with Maintenance manager and Production manager to create a plan to implement TPM. 协助设备经理及生产经理指定计划以实施TPM.
13. Proactive attitude to suggest improvements or actions for cost reduction.积极的工作态度为成本节约提供改进建议或行动
14. Safety attitude. Follow and make the team follow safety rules and SOP. Follow the proper use of personal safety equipment protection. 具有安全意识，遵守并促使团队遵守安全操作规章和标准操作程序。跟进员工正确佩戴和使用公司配备的安全用品。

Education背景:
Bachelor/Master degree in electrical engineering is preferred. Other degrees will be considered if the work experience is good.

Work experience工作经验:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position and responsibility in a multinational company of automobile industry or in a continuous process industry. Other kind industry will be considered if the CV is interesting.至少3年以上相似岗位工作经验，富有责任心。有跨国企业或汽车工业或连续生产工业工作经验。如果经验比较突出，可考虑其他行业候选人。
Skills技能:
· Good English language skills verbally, reading and writing.良好的英语读写说能力
· Experience on the use of CMMS software.有使用CMMS 软件经验
· Good CAD software skill is a must. 良好的CAD 制图经验
· Leadership skills.领导技能
