Duties and responsibilities工作职责：
1. Develop, coordinate and implement the process engineering plan.开发、协调、实施工艺过程计划。
2. Strengthen the compromise of operators in work attitude, housekeeping, responsibility and quality. 加强对操作员工工作态度，工位整洁，责任心和质量的教育管理。
3. Daily check of each working position to ensure the consistency of the process control.每个工作岗位的日常检查以确保连续生产。
4. Support and encourage Production manager to achieve the company aim.支持生产经理完成公司目标
5. Analyze the daily efficiency and scrap of the line. Make a monthly report.分析日常效率及生产线的废品率，做月度报表。
6. Analyze the consumption of raw materials and consumables of the line.分析原材料的消耗及线上的耗材。
7. In coordination with Production manager, Maintenance manager, Quality manager and Plant manager, create a plan to reduce the line scrap and increase the line efficiency. Basis on the training of the operators, SOP and process improvements.加强对一线员工的培训, SOP及过程改进。协助生产经理，设备经理，质量经理，厂长，制定减少线上废品及增加生产线效率的计划。
8. Reinforce communication with line operators, line shift supervisor and Production manager. Ensure the transfer of main information after shift changing. Implement the needed tools for a visual communication. 加强与生产线员工，生产主管级生产经理的沟通，确保换班时主要信息的传递。运用所需工具进行视觉沟通。
9. In coordination with Maintenance manager and Production manager to create a plan to implement TPM. 协助设备经理及生产经理指定计划以实施TPM.
10. Proactive attitude to suggest improvements or actions for cost reduction. 积极的工作态度为成本节约提供改进建议或行动
11. Safety attitude. Follow and make the team follow safety rules and SOP. Follow the proper use of personal safety equipment protection. 具有安全意识，遵守并促使团队遵守安全操作规章和标准操作程序。跟进员工正确佩戴和使用公司配备的安全用品。
Requirements要求
Age年龄:
Over 35 years old. 35岁以上
Residence居住地:
Jiaxing. We will consider other residence only for candidate from same industry sector.
嘉兴，如果候选人有相同工业工作经验可考虑其他居住地人员。
Education教育背景:
Bachelor/Master degree in chemical or mechanical engineering is preferred. Other degrees should be considered if the work experience is good. 化学或机械工程师本科或硕士，如果工作经验比较合适学历可适当放宽
Work experience工作经验:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position and responsibility in a multinational company of automobile industry. 至少5年以上相似岗位工作经验，富有责任心。有跨国企业或汽车工业工作经验
Skills:
· Good English language skills verbally, reading and writing. 良好的英语读写说能力
· Excellent computer skills.优秀的计算机技能
· Leadership skills. 领导技能
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 良好的人际交往及沟通能力
