为避免越来越严重的通过短消息发送密码的销售资源的方式，而造成的管理团队无法对资源进行测试，购买者购买了资源无法及时甚至无法获取密码造成扯皮现象，论坛管理团队经过讨论，决定从今日开始，禁止一切形式的使用短消息发送密码的方式销售资源。任何资源都必须上传到论坛，或者直接在论坛发布密码。违反以上规定的，进行以下处罚：
1、警告。
2、删除资源。
3、对违规销售所得全部扣除，再扣除销售所得的2倍进行处罚。
