国外已经沸沸扬扬的 "新图 VS AGFA"专利诉讼又有了新的进展。
新图败诉，在相关地区被禁止销售，而且还要赔偿AGFA,最可怜和无辜的是其代理商，也要付连带责任，也要赔偿AGFA的损失。

Dutch Appeal Court confirms infringement of Agfa’s key patent on digital printing plates
On January 29, 2013, the Dutch Court of Appeal at The Hague has issued its judgment in the patent dispute between Agfa Graphics NV and its Chinese competitor Chengdu Xingraphics Co. Ltd.
It was decided that Agfa's patent EP823327 is infringed by the sales of Xingraphics' "FIT" digital printing plates. The court has ordered Xingraphics and its Dutch dealer Atécé to refrain from further infringement in the Netherlands and to pay damages as well as a refund of legal expenses to Agfa Graphics. The injunction against further infringement not only applies to the mentioned FIT plates but also to any other positive thermal plate, which uses the patented technology.”
