Printing supervisor/manager
职位目标
1. 管理印刷车间日常运作，支持印刷顺利完成计划任务，控制印刷品质与提升印刷工艺，改良与发展凸版转型高品质印刷。
2.Manage pre-press work flow, key to the communication between printing and sales.
关键工作职责
1. Monitor the Printing and preprinting working flow. Finish the printing planning on time.
2. Increasing the efficiency of service to sales team, such as, art work modify & check, film output & check
3.To manage the outsourcing supplier to get the right artwork, negative film as the schedule.
4. coaching the teaching the supplier to the right work as we confirmed.
5, lead team to improve the plate making efficiency, make sure the plate making can match the production request as the schedule, such as plate making quality increase, plate machine parameter revised according to the printing request.
6, training subordinate to improve their operation skill.
7,pre-press cost saving.
8, printing material 5s management, such as shade card, films, proofing material and so on.
9.To ensure understanding and following the Information Security Policies and Procedures

1.the design specialty is essential and good at the Letterpress and Flexography. 了解电脑设计及印刷工艺技术。
2.At least 5 years relative working experience 五年相关印前经验
3. 协助顺利完成日常的生产任务，协调各部门之间的运作，保障印刷品质，提高印刷技术与能力。
4.Understand the Letterpress and Flexography Color separation and Packing Tubing technology.
