求助为什么复选框明明是选中状态，却没有作用呢

每次打开脚本，尺寸标注复选框明明是选中状态，却没有作用，要重新取消了再选中才生效。
找了两天都没找到问题所在，不知道什么原因。本人也是菜鸟中的菜鸟，想请论坛中的大佬们帮忙看下是代码哪儿有问题。
