When you purchase the program, you will receive updates of that year for free. If you make a maintenance agreement, you will receive a free update for a small price. And you get a free question and answer support service. When using the program, you can ask anything you want or cannot solve. They have to answer and resolve. There are also 5.2 too many bugs. It is said that PACKZ has VDP as standard. However, there are fees for extra features. VDP in PACKZ is difficult to use. (According to DeskPack VDP) I'm someone who uses both heavily. But, PACKZ is now a much more advanced software than ArtPro +. The equivalent of Cloudflow is Automation Engine. Automation engine is much better. I am someone who uses the programs of both companies intensively. I can say that, Hybrit software programs are not generally user-friendly programs. Interface needs to be developed. In summary, PACKZ is among the programs that should be on the market. Competition is good for us users. Remember, ArtPro + would not be developed without PACKZ. |

Esko has many product groups to develop. (It has about 30-40 kinds of products.) hybrid software has 2 products. (PACKZ an CloudFlow) Hybrid focuses on only 2 kinds of programs. Esko focuses on 20 types of programs. PACKZ doesn't care about the complaints of those who use it. However, he should take this matter seriously. In order to increase its users in this market. |

But Adobe's local programs are inadequate in prepress work. While Acrobat cannot open the complex PDF file for minutes, Packz or ArtPro + can open it in seconds. These two programs are already using "APPE". So (Adobe PDF Print Engine). In summary; Safe. :) |

The user audience remains in the minority. I am currently working with Esko and Hybrid software. I use the legal licenses of both companies. I have a maintenance agreement with both companies. I can say this very clearly; As Esko company, it is much more corporate, more organized. Their customer approach is very, very good. Hiybrit software customer support is pretty bad. They need to improve themselves on this issue. |
