https://www.xrite.com/service-suppor...publish_v3_7_1 Stay away from Calibrite Profiler, you loose colorimeter correction for some subtype of WLED PFS phosphor available in i1Profiler 3.7.1. Of course using DisplayCAL is better. As far as I've tested the XRD service for Windows bundled with 3.7.1 is compatible with i1Profiler 3.8.4 (excluding some functions about i1io robotic arm table v3). So it is possible to install i1Profiler 3.7.1 in your Win OS machine, then install 3.8.4 in virtual machine (only install, do not use it in vm), copy i1Profiler 3.8.4 folder from virtual machine to some folder in your real computer and use it with an i1Pro2/3 for printer profiling or reflective measurement with all the bugs solved in 3.8.4. Or vice versa, install 3.8.4 on real computer, then install 3.7.1 on virtual machine and copy 3.7.1 back to some folder on real computer. Then use copied 3.7.1 with your colorimeter. The lack of support for i1DisplayPro colorimeter is in the i1Profiler executable ("app"), not in the XRD service ("driver"). |
