I have a request...

I have the activated the licence manager with the serial that you send.
and installed Heidelberg's licence server by the help of hicksys1 at forum, that version is 4.00.55 toolbox.

But it didn't work when i run the Acrobat.

There is nothing happen or i cant see visual alert when i press the key button , but i hear alert sound when i press the other buttons.

My Configuration:

Windows vista 64 bit + Windows 7 64 bit
Acrobat 9.3.1 pro
5 Gb Ram
QuadCore cpu
Heidelberg Licence Server and Manager version 4.3.17.1
