Merge errors in the CDI are usually related to license inconsistencies in the screening used in the submitted LEN's.

If you're using a cracked AE that may be the case, because the info in the LEN header will have to match that of the DFS.

It can also happen if the LEN and it's XMP were changed regarding what was submitted and don't match the XMP inserted in the DB at submission time.

The time difference is most likely due to one of the used Tomcat servers suffering one hour difference because of "Daylight saving time" (DST) used in the EST time zone. Correct the java engine time zone in command prompt.

You can't use it because you're trying to use a cracked AE with your CDI.

And I bet your AE version is superior and not compatible with your Grapholas software version.
It will NEVER work like that...
Pay esko for a license and it will be sorted out.
